Employment Opportunity: Communications Specialist
Duran Accounting Solutions, LLC dba Duran Business Group seeks a full-time Communications Specialist for our Phoenix, Arizona office. Duties include: Consult with marketing team, engage and arrange campaigns to promote services including small business consulting and accounting, payroll services, business tax services and cross border business services; Review and maintain knowledge of recent statements, changes, and announcements by the Internal Revenue Services (IRS), Small Business Administration, Chambers of Commerce and other State and Government agencies; Develop written content to communicate the same to clients in simple and easy to follow publications; Confer with manager to identify trends or key group interests for business development and associated content for various audiences; Familiarity with SEO and other digital writing tactics; Create logos, brochures, flyers, banners, as well as additional marketing efforts to publicize and promote the various events managed by Duran Business Group to the community; Develop the overall layout and production design for logos, advertisements, brochures, corporate reports, and product illustrations; Maintain archives of images, photos, and previous work product, and expand our social media platforms of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube to market our services; Create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software and create new layouts for our radio show to refresh the aesthetics of our program and captivate new customers.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism or a related field.
